Vintage Halo Ring with 5.09-Carat Ceylon Sapphire

We are ecstatic to list this stunning handmade vintage ring for sale. This ring comes complete with a 5.09-carat unheated Ceylon sapphire. The style features a matched pair of baguette diamonds, a pave halo, and a split-shank pave band. The band measures 2.4mm wide at the smallest point and 7.5mm at the widest point. The two baguette diamonds are G-H color and VSI clarity; they measure approximately 5×2 mm with an estimated weight of 0.34 carats. The forty-four round diamonds with F+ color and VS2 clarity are estimated to weigh 0.77 carats total.

This unheated Ceylon sapphire is a gorgeous cornflower blue, one of the most famous shades of blue in sapphire. The color shifts slightly to purple in incandescent lighting. It is 100 percent natural and untreated in any way. It has very small inclusions that are quite difficult to see with the unaided eye from a normal viewing distance. The inclusions have been factored into the price, making this a great value for the size and color. The sapphire is faceted in a classic rectangle cushion design. It weighs 5.09 carats and measures 10.3 x 8.2 x 6.5 mm. This sapphire also has a GIA sapphire origin report included; the report number is 5231186757; a photo of the report is attached.

This vintage ring is made from 18k white gold, and while it is currently US size 6.25 full, it can be resized from approximately size 4.25 to size 8.25. Please allow approximately one week for shipping if resizing is required.
