The “Ismene” Ring Set with 1.29-Carat Montana Sapphire (Heated)

The “Ismene” ring is one of our low-profile styles with a hexagonal halo, adorned with glittering diamonds. This ring comes complete with a 1.29-carat heated Montana sapphire. This style features six prongs, our petite 1.75mm wide pave-set band with 1.5 mm diamonds, and a hexagonal halo of pave set diamonds. The ring includes fourteen 1.5mm and eighteen 1.0mm diamonds in G+ color and VS clarity, weighing 0.32 carats total. The band includes twenty 1.5mm diamonds in G+ color and VS clarity, weighing 0.28 carats total.

This Montana sapphire is a gorgeous sky blue, bringing to mind the Big Skies of Montana. The color was developed by heating the gem in Montana, but no other treatments were made to the gem. The treatment is permanent and stable and not only develops the color, but also improves the clarity. This sapphire appears to be nearly flawless. There are no visible inclusions, even when examined with a 10x loupe. It is faceted in our “Sparkling Snowflake” hexagon design and measures 6.9 mm across the points, 6.3 mm across the flats, and is 4.2 mm deep.

This “Ismene” ring set is made from 14k white gold, and while they are currently US size 7, they can be resized from approximately size 6 to size 8. Please allow approximately one week for shipping if resizing is required.
